Do I have any guarantee that I will actually receive the ordered goods?

We appreciate our customers and we love when they come back to shop for us. On the Facebook social network you can find many reviews of our customers. Can I track my shipment?

Yes, it is possible. For each order, you will receive the order number first, followed by about 3 days later the shipment number, which can be tracked on the trackers of individual carriers. The tracking link is sent along with the package number and the information where the package is currently located.

When will I get the shipment?

The average delivery time is 8-10 days **, it is average estimate and working days. On different national holidays, this period is slightly longer depending on the load of individual carriers.

Why is a payment in advance and not a cash on delivery?

Goods are ordered from a foreign supplier, there are many orders and solutions for tins and other payments as backups, etc. would complicate the relatively long process of ordering. Once the payment is received, the goods are ordered and everything ends for us and you are only waiting for the ordered goods and we can take care of other clients and so make things faster and deal with any inquiries you are interested in. Check-ins have also been canceled due to the failure to pick up the packages and this has resulted in considerable losses.

How can I pay in the eshop?

You can pay in many ways, most often we accept bank transfer. From the Slovak Republic, we have a SVK account where no one has to pay fees. There is also an IBAN international transfer. You will receive everything you need after ordering the goods.
New payment directly by credit card - free of charge and the need to leave the heat of home. :) We also increase trust in us, as payment by credit card is verified by the CNB Credit Association.

If I do not have a bank account, how can I pay for the goods?

And this can be solved, we will make a regular order, and instead of paying through the account you will pay a payment either directly in the bank, either by bank deposit or by the Czech Post, which supports the payment of the postal payment to the account.

In what amount is postage?
Postage is free! That's why we can afford low prices.

What sizes do I find in eshop?
All sizes are given in EU sizes unless a table of different sizes is added. The footwear table is included here on the web. Where is it possible to choose half the size. If you do so and the shoes will not be of a size of half, please order according to the text in the "table size" category and give the size of the order you want.
I personally do not recommend to buy either smaller or bigger shoes, there is a lot of rumors that they are different sizes, I really recommend to look into the tables and especially on the "length of the insoles" in cm where the exact amount of your shoe is!

Here you will find a wide range of sports and street shoes from Vans, Nike, Adidas, Salomon and more. We pick for you goods from the most popular collections, both old and new. They are only very good goods.
